| I am a senior in high school and have been going here ever since I was little. Their buffet is filled with fresh, hot vegetables and meat, unlike your average Chinese buffet that includes week-old imitation crab meat. Although some of the newer staff is fairly rude and unaccomodating, the familiar waiters will make up for it with a friendly face and unbeatable service. |

| Granted China Capital is located in an older building and has been there for many years. Some people say it is "dirty" but when a restaurant has that many customers tramping in every day it would be a little worn. I have been going there for 10 years and have NEVER seen a bug. The staff is awesome and hardworking. Our favorite waiter Ming is so nice and welcoming. He is one of the reasons we go to China Capital. He has our order memorized and knows what we like and don\'t like. He takes the time to get to you know. I have heartily enjoyed everything I have ever eaten there. |

| China Capital is not good. The food taste old. they are lots of bugs in the place. Dont ever try there food! |
