| Only here can you get the service, the food, AND some good prices. A meal at Kyoto\'s could cost a week\'s paycheck if you\'re feeding anyone besides yourself and the amount of food you get is less than satisfying. At Ichiban, you feel like a member of the family - with the pictures on the wall and "Grandma" behind the counter (: I don\'t know where the other critic got the idea that their sushi is frozen and not made in front of you. True, they don\'t have hibachi, but you CAN see them make your sushi. Maybe she\'s blind?? The sushi is very fresh, and you are definitely given more for your money. |

| I have eaten at this restaurant plenty of times before Shogun came to town. Their lunch boxes are a good value for the money, but I wouldn\'t eat the sushi. All sushi is made in the kitchen behind closed doors and usually comes out a little frozen! I don\'t personally trust any sushi restaurant that doesn\'t roll it in front of you and judging from the "frozenness" of what I have eaten, I would say it\'s probably not the freshest fish possible. Staff is very attentive and nice, but if you want sushi let me suggest Shogun. It\'s about a 1/2 mile North and they\'ll take good care of you! |
